Business Admin Apprentice

At Acorn Builders you will be working towards a Business Admin Level 3 Apprenticeship, over the duration of 18 months, alongside your daily roles and responsibilities.
Your roles and responsibilities will include;
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Developing and maintaining filing systems
- Ordering of office/building supplies
- Data entry
- Organise and schedule site visits for surveyors
- Assist office staff with day-to-day operations
- Handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Assist accounts with allocating and chasing invoices
