Clinic Co-ordinator

The Clinic Co-ordinator will reception and co-ordinate out-patient clinics and follow up appointments. The role will also include the filing of results and correspondence as per Mental Health Directorate procedures, the retrieving and returning casenotes to the main filing library, prepping of casenotes for outpatient clinic and in conjunction with colleagues maintain the records library in accordance with local policy and retention and destruction schedules.
Maintain the Medical Records Library ensuring files are stored in the correct areas.
The Clinic Co-ordinator may also be required to cover at any site within the Mental Health Directorate as directed by their line manager.
