**Location: Doncaster, DN4 5PD**

**Contract Type: 40 hours per week. Working any 5 out of 7 on a rota basis which will consist of days, evenings and weekends.**

**Salary: £18,600 + bonus scheme that provides an on target annual earnings of £35,000**

**Job Role**:
To work as part of the Retail Customer Contact Centre Finance team to generate and manage your own finance leads by obtaining finance for customers and supporting them through their car buying journey.

Ensure customers are given 100% customer satisfaction and mindful of the Treating Customers Fairly focus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all data entry into relevant systems is 100% accurate;
- Ensure that weekly performance objectives are achieved and KPIs are measured and monitored on a daily basis;
- Accurately complete finance proposals correctly;
- Work with various finance companies to overturn declined proposals and/or gain the best approval possible for each customer;
- Ensure that the rate matrix and sequencing rules are applied correctly;
- Ensure that you achieve maximum contact rate on enquiries;
- Establish and develop productive working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Adopt a ‘can do’ approach to achieving goals and takes personal responsibility for action, treats all customers as if they were their own to retain them for life;
- Adopt a positive attitude to demonstrate that they are advocates and ambassadors of the business.

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office - all packages;
- Desirable to have previous experience / ability to use in-house systems;
- An understanding into basic financial calculations / mathematical problem solving or relevant qualification in Maths;
- Ability to communicate with a diverse work force.
