**About Our Client**:
My client, who are based in the centre of Oxford, are an approved re-seller for one of the biggest technology brands in the world.

They have a close-knit and relaxed working environment, making it fun to come into work each day

Key responsibilities of the Sales Associate include:

- Building a strong knowledge of the companies hardware, software and services
- Understand and explain technical terminology to customers
- Proactively approach and engage with customers to understand their needs
- Identify business customers
- Delivers demos to customers and excite customers
- Empathise with customers when technology is not working as expected
- Offer customers options to fix their problem
- Drive sales for the business by increasing brand loyalty
- Discuss ways to buy with the customer and makes sure they understand all payment and financing options
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Sales Associate will have:

- Previous retail experience (not essential, but desirable)
- Be outgoing, bubbly, and confident
- Be a strong team player
- Have the ability to deal with customer complaints
- Be hard-working and committed
- Having a passion for technology is also desirable
