Applications are invited for the post of Divisional Coordinator. This role is based in the Divisional Administrative Office of Division D (Civil, Structural, Construction and Environmental & Sustainable Development) at the Department of Engineering's Civil Engineering Building in West Cambridge.

The Divisional Administrative Office is the focal point for the Division and provides a full range of services including finance, HR, recruitment, facilities and student-related administrative functions for the Division. The Divisional Coordinator will work alongside the Divisional Administrator and Civil Engineering Administrator to coordinate and oversee the administration and operation of the Division to ensure smooth running of teaching and research activities.

The successful applicant will be educated to at least A-level standard plus GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English and will have excellent organisational, IT and interpersonal skills with an innovative approach to developing and improving processes. They will have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to organise and prioritise their own workload. Previous administrative experience is required and experience of using University of Cambridge administrative processes and systems would be desirable.

Temporary cover: This post is fixed-term for 12 months or the return of the post holder, whichever is the earlier.
