The Early Careers HR Advisor will working closely as part of a HR team and will report to the Head of Talent. The Early Careers HR Advisor will be responsible for all early careers activity on behalf of the organisation.

The Early Careers HR Advisor Responsibilities:

- Manage the engineering apprenticeship and graduate trainee hiring process for the organisation
- Work closely with stakeholders and hiring managers across the organisation to understand their early career needs
- Handle onboarding and ongoing engagement with the apprentice and graduate cohorts
- Support apprentices and graduates across the organisation across the employee lifecycle
- Full responsibility for all new starters onboarding within the organisation in order to harness their early careers within the business.

The Early Careers HR Advisor Skills:

- CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Previous experience working in an engineering environment or equivalent as an Early Careers Specialist
- Previous experience working within early careers as part of a role within HR, advantageous
- Understanding on the apprenticeship levy
- Excellent stakeholder management and development skills

This is a hybrid opportunity with a minimum 2 days based in the office and the rest working from home.
