Flowline Operator

**The Company**

Satys Sealing & Painting UK is a subsidiary of Satys Group specialising in surface protection based on the Airbus UK site in Broughton.

We are recruiting a Flowline Operator with the potential to be developed within the company.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Team Leader and under the supervision of our senior operators, you will be initially trained in localised touch-up to internal surfaces of aircraft parts.

As a Flowline Operator, you will learn how to complete the following:

- To plan and prioritise workload.
- Carrying out basic inspections.
- Cleaning/degreasing of materials, prior to painting.
- Paint preparation.
- De-masking post paint/checking areas for F.O.D.
- Certification of operations to conform to internal/customer requirements.

**Experience & Skills**

The requirements for the role are:

- Experience in working within a manufacturing environment (desirable).
- Be comfortable working in restricted spaces.
- Working methodically and to a consistent standard.
- Good communication skills.
- A team player ensuring you are reliable and punctual.
- Excellent attention to detail.

**Hours of Work**

The hours of this role are Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (07:00-15:00) with flexibility around the customer demands.

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Broughton, Flintshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
