We are on the search for an enthusiastic, and passionate individuals to join us at The William Cecil as Restaurant Supervisor.

As part of the team you will serve a key role: To carry out all duties necessary for the smooth running of the restaurant & bar.

**Some of your key responsibilities**:

- Develop good relationships with colleagues, which in turn will contribute to good teamwork and ensure all customer expectations are met.
- Develop relationships with regular customers to maximise sales opportunities and generate future business.
- To provide a high quality of service at all times and ensure that the customer is always put first.
- Manage and supervise staff
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Knowledge of bartending, culinary, and kitchen operations is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
