We are currently recruiting for a passionate Room Leader to join a local Day Nursery. The role is likely to be within the Pre-School room.

The nursery is a purpose built space with engaging toys and resources.

**About the Role**:

- Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
- Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children
- Maintain accurate records and accounts relating to children and staff
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and / or carers, as well as other professionals
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are followed at all times
- Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment

**About you;**
- Level 3 or above childcare qualification
- Passionate about childcare
- Recent experience with the EYFS
