We are looking for an intelligent, proactive, and dynamic Delegate Sales Executive to join the sales team of one of London's clean energy conference businesses

The role requires someone who is proactive and highly productive, has a flair for closing, is target driven and possesses a hunger for achieving results. This individual will combine a genuine interest in clean energy with exceptional interpersonal and communicationskills.

**Key Requirements**:

- Scripting - turning the sales brief into a structured delegate sales script following the AIDA call model, and engaging the SPIN consultative selling technique
- Lead Generation - building referral generation and utilising LinkedIn and the news to identify new leads and expand the sales pipeline of like-minded prospects
- Pitching - carry out 50+ dials per day to conduct 5+ progressive conversations per day, resulting in 3 bookings per campaign week
- Closing - maintaining touchpoint momentum through a mix of communication methods to support the customer from initial pitch to deal close
- Productivity - maintaining focus, motivation and energy levels to ensure weekly productivity of 250 dials, 25 progressive conversations and 3 bookings per campaign week throughout the 12-week campaign cycle
- Reporting - inputting activity and result data into the weekly sales and marketing report
- Learning - carrying out independent research into the Energy sector as well as sales

**Key Skills**:

- 2:1 Degree or higher in Environmental Sciences, Business, Humanities or Arts degree
- Interest in the Clean Energy sector, b2b buyer psychology, consultative sales techniques
- Background in selling in recruitment, professional services, media or event sector
- Great sense of humour, positive energy, resilient personality, and ability to bounce back
- Coachable and able to take direction and implement change to expand skillset
- Collaborative team work and stakeholder engagement style
- Commercially driven with excellent deadline management and target/goal orientation
- Comfortable using CRM and other productivity tools
