- £21.00 Per Hour (Contracted Rate)
**Duties**:
- Working on a bathroom replacement scheme for the local council
- Plumbing bathrooms with both copper and plastic pipe
- Installing level access shower trays to wooden and concrete floors
- Tiling to a decent standard
- Basic Patch Plastering & Dry lining
- Adhering to Health & Safety
**About you**:
- Right to Work in the UK
- CSCS Card or Certificate
- Previous experience working on a Social Housing
- Have experience aspects of wet plumbing
- Have own transport and tools
- Enthusiastic and MUST be able to use initiative when unsupervised
- Working references ideally from a similar job
Even though the the initial work is only for an eight week period deck could be an extension depending on performance.
