37.5 Hours - MDT Coordinator Permanent position

This post is part of a team specifically supporting Community Integrated District Hub teams. The main purpose of the role is to support and co-ordinate the Administration of the Multi-Disciplinary Team framework, meetings, collect relevant data for the Trust from various sources and ensure all relevant information is available at each Cluster Multi-disciplinary team meeting. A high level of liaison with different departments is incorporated into this position. Attention to detail, and good organisational and communication skills are key components to the role.

The post holder will provide a wide range of clerical support to the service area, the need for a patient centered approach with good key board skills, excellent customer service skills, use of Microsoft Teams, and professional telephone manner is essential with the ability to think and act quickly, be enthusiastic and flexible to change. Car user essential

The role will be part of a clerical team supporting clinicians in the district hubs based at Winifred Kettle, Waters Meeting & Pikes Lane Health centres.

**Duties will include**: Administration of the Multi-Disciplinary Team framework, meetings, collect relevant data for the Trust from various sources and ensure all relevant information is available at each Cluster Multi-disciplinary team meeting.Processing referrals, inputting data, taking telephone queries, archiving patient notes, preparing reports, preparing notes, photocopying and other general office duties.

Experience of working within healthcare would be preferable.

The MDT Coordinator role forms part of the clerical support in the district hubs, supporting clinicians working in a friendly environment. We are a large team of clerical officers who are committed to providing a great service, we are friendly, hardworking and welcoming.
