Are you an excellent Administrator and Coordinator. Are you highly organised and enjoy liaising with a wider business? Perhaps you have some skills within a Project Support role and would like to transfer these to a new position?

As part of this position you will be responsible for engaging with the wider business for the production and review of schedules and producing and maintaining programme or project plans including milestone management, scope management, resource forecasting, financial management and risk identification, ensuring efficient change control methods and process are utilised and data integrity is maintained.

You will also be the point of contact for all ICT system issues and will be required to work closely with HR proactively producing skills and resource planning analysis from available data and supporting management in the development or movement of individuals to meet functional objectives.

You will need to develop, produce and evaluate Programme and Project cost, quality and schedule key performance indicators and business reports for both internal and external customers.

You will also be involved in the assessment and audit processes to ensure all projects adhere to best practices and standard approaches for project management including risk. You will be the SharePoint lead, managing and supporting initial setup through to delivery, acting as the support interface for SharePoint.

It would be beneficial if you could demonstrate financial experience (budget preparation, production of financial reports, management of programme costs) and the ability to create strong relationships with the performing functional areas.
