Our Health and Safety Team are key to our design teams, and we value design experience as well as Health and Safety knowledge.
- Joining our collaborative team in Leicester, you will work alongside our H&S team to ensure projects comply with Construction Design and Management Regulations.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
The core role will be delivering CDM and H&S advisory services across both internally and externally delivered projects, with significant opportunities for completing training and personal growth. Other duties will include:

- Ensuring projects comply with CDM 2015, making use of our policies and standard processes
- Assisting the client in discharging their duties and enacting positive H&S management
- Attending design team meetings, reviewing designs and design strategies
- Collating pre-construction information and producing summary information to share with the project team
- Engaging with and support the design team, lead in design risk management and workshops
- Attending construction sites to undertake meetings, complete inspections, identify risks and report to the client
- Engaging with the principal contractor to drive positive safety management
- Actively reviewing project and client information
- Providing written reports to the client and team
- There are opportunities within this role to take ownership of projects and client accounts, engage in commercial management and progress further within your career.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Practical experience in managing or providing dedicated CDM / H&S advisor services/role
- Comprehensive knowledge of Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2015
- Experience in either construction site safety or design (Architecture, Engineering, Surveying etc.)
- A commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience

**Desirable Skills and Experience**:

- NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety or equivalent
