**Repairs Supervisor**

Immediately Required

**Location**: Somerset

**Salary**: £43- £45,000 per annum

**Length of Contract**: Permanent

Our client is a large housing association, who due to a secondment in the business, are looking for a new Repairs Supervisor on a Permanent basis. This role will be covering the "west" of their patch of properties, including Somerset, Devon and Dorset. Thiswill be a hybrid role in which you would be expected to be in the office in Somerset once a week and then will be working agile working across sites and home.

**Day to day duties**:

- Oversee a team of 10-20 tradesman who are mostly multi trades, carrying out responsive repairs on social housing properties
- Ensure all work is completed to time and to standard
- Be the point of contact for complaints and assist in resolution
- Manage health and safety
- Liaise with senior managers in relation to progress and targets

**Essential Skills**:

- Experience managing a team of trades, preferably for a housing association or contractor
- It would be desirable if you come from a trades background, either plumbing or carpentry
- Must be a driver with own vehicle
