Bristol (onsite presence in the office 2 to 4 times per month minimum)

**£75,000-£85,000 base + up to 5% bonus, up to 7% pension, 25 days holiday, private healthcare**

We are looking for an experienced agile delivery manager who will come in and take the lead on the delivery for three of our fastest growing products. Supporting our Product Owners and delivery teams, you will lead a team of Delivery Leads and BA's to drivedeliverables and improvements across multiple self-organising squads.

Your products represent our biggest growth area in the business, and so you will be responsible for further growing your team around you.

You will promote a flexible approach to delivery, using the best methodology to achieve outcomes, most likely a hybrid approach encompassing agile. You will be responsible for validating high level estimates, manage sprints, resource forecasting and drivevelocity.

This role also has a strong coaching and mentoring focus, defining the high level coaching strategy, and lead the definition and implementation of a continuous improvement strategy.
