**Your Opportunity**

The Beacon School is looking to appoint an excellent leader in pastoral care as a Year Leader/ Head of Year to join our great team of Year Leaders. To support our current journey, to improve student outcomes through the monitoring of behaviour, progress and attendance. You will be working with a team of tutors to ensure a clear ethos, and vision is established for your year group and high expectations are established with everyone within the community. As a school we are committed to providing excellent CPD, growth and support for those within pastoral and middle leadership roles. This would be an exciting opportunity for a current Deputy Head of Year, or experienced tutor.
