**Responsibilities**:
**Conduct Engaging Football Sessions**:Execute pre-planned fun football sessions for children aged 18 months to 5 years old.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages active participation and skill development.

**Skill Development**:Implement activities that focus on fundamental football skills, coordination, and motor skill development.
Provide lots of high-fives, positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to enhance each child's progress.

**Safety and Well-being**:Prioritise the safety and well-being of all children during sessions.
Ensure that equipment and playing areas are safe and appropriate for young children.

**Communication**:Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing updates on children's progress and achievements.
Collaborate with the Tiny Tots team to ensure consistency in coaching approaches and program delivery.

**Professional Development**:Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in early childhood development and football coaching.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by Tiny Tots.

**Qualifications (Desirable)**:

- Previous experience in coaching or working with young children, preferably in a sports or preschool setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Certification in first aid and DBS (preferred).
- A BIG KID

**Schedule**:The position is part-time, Saturday and Sunday Mornings

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 8 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

**Experience**:

- working with children: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- West London (required)
