Car Rental Agent

NL are the largest independent rental company in the North of England, operating a fleet of over 3000 vehicles across 7 sites.

Due to continued growth within our business we are looking for a Rental desk assistant to work at our Batley branch.

Duties will include answering the phone, using a PC, using various computer software and general office duties. The position is customer facing in what is generally a busy office. The right applicant will be well presented, punctual with a willingness to learn new skills. Must be proactive with a can do attitude.

You will have a good telephone manor, be competent with IT/computers and work well under pressure in what can be a busy reception area. Applicant must be punctual, hardworking and have a willingness to learn.
