As a Residential Support Worker:
- Extend assistance and care to children and young minds
- Implement therapeutic practices with care and reflection
- Foster positive relationships, ensuring safety at all times
- Craft timetables, set boundaries, and maintain consistency
- Engage with a diverse range of children, some requiring additional support
**Requirements**:
- A minimum age of 22
- Possession of a valid driving license
- Ability to commute to Nottingham
