Criminal Paralegal / Trainee Solicitor

£20,000 - £28,000 (D.O.E)
I am working with a well-known law firm based in the heart of Chester, with offices across the Northwest as they look to recruit a Paralegal or Trainee Solicitor for their Crime Department.
Applications are invited from those with a genuine interest and desire to pursue a career as a criminal lawyer.The successful applicant will be required to complete a period of employment as a paralegal prior to embarking on the training contract. If notalready an accredited police station representative, this qualification will need to be undertaken as a priority.
**Skills Required**:

- Must be educated to degree level and have completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC)
- Good standard of computer literacy and keyboard skills.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
