**About the role**:
Due to high demand, we are looking for a skilled Mobile Cleaning Operative to join the team and work across multiple sites across Stoke and the surrounding areas. The successful applicant must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, however we do offer a supplement of 30p per mile.

**Shift Pattern**:
Monday - Friday flexible starts between the hours of 06:00 - 21:00. A minimum of 20 hours per week. (Shifts will be discussed on interview)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Working across multiple sites across Stoke.
- Cleaning communal areas
- Properly handle and dispose of waste according to guidelines.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is well-maintained and functional.
- Communicate maintenance issues promptly to supervisors.
- Keep accurate records of cleaning activities for compliance.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, using PPE as needed.
- Respond to emergency cleaning situations effectively.
- Collaborate with cleaning and staff for a clean environment.

**Requirements**:

- Full UK Driving Licence and access to vehicle
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Operative or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good communication skills to report any issues or concerns to management
