Job Title: Graphic Designer Insights Team
Location: Belfast Hybrid

**What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?**
As a Graphic Designer, you will create engaging and on-brand Insights and Talent Intelligence visuals for a variety of media. Your graphics will capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. Your creative flair and a strong ability to translate data into design will be a key element to this role.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Work with the stakeholders and colleagues to determine requirements and conceptualise visuals
- Develop illustrations, visual representations and other designs (i.e. Infographics) to help our Insights and Talent Intelligence Consultants effectively present their data findings
- Work with our Brand and Media teams to ensure external graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively and be able to communicate the impact of various visuals and media
- Participate and contribute within team meetings and workstreams, and be a key part of our people development strategy
- Contributes to wider Global Insights presentations and projects
**Must Have's**
- Experience of graphic design within a commercial environment
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Nice to Have's
- A portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Confidence in delivering projects to senior stakeholders on a global capacity

**Who will I be working with?**
This role is hybrid mainly based at home with 1/2 days in the AMS Belfast office however this is fully flexibe., You will work as part of the Insights team primarily but on occasions you may be asked to support the wider function with ad hoc projects for senior leaders. This is an extremely exciting opportunity to be part of an amazing team at AMS.
