Fp&a Manager

A fantastic opportunity for a Qualified FP&A Accountant to join a well-established business in their growing FP&A Team. If you are experienced in FP&A or in Management Accounts but are looking for the next step, you will be responsible for providing day-to-dayfinancial management and analytics to support the Finance business partners and stakeholders across the company.
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring the successful delivery of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis for Overheads
- Supporting the company through reorganisations, providing comprehensive management reporting, and conducting thorough scenario planning and analysis, as well as forecasting and analysing CAPEX
- Collaborating with Finance business partners to drive the quarterly business review, planning, and budgeting for Overheads
- Conducting financial performance reviews and identifying potential risks and opportunities, offering creative solutions to improve results
- Being adaptable and providing ad-hoc reports and commercial analysis, including scenario modeling, to aid in informed decision-making
- Building strong and productive relationships with Finance business partners and delivering high-quality, relevant insights to drive business success
- Recommending process improvements to enhance the company's financial performance and control mechanisms
