**Warehouse Administrator**
Our client is currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join their busy team in Atherstone
To ensure transport and logistics related Prophet, ASN, EDI and paper-based systems accurate and UpToDate to deliver their finished products to their customers, stock transfers between company sites and incoming goods arrivals.
**Salary:£26k**
**Shift: 4 on, 3 off 7am to 7pm**
**Warehouse Administrator Duties**:
- Liaise with internal onsite and off-site departments and colleagues / 3rd Party hauliers regarding daily out-loading issues to support O.T.I.F delivery to customers.
- Responsible for depot related warehouse queries received and communicate with customer depots/ transport carriers or Logistics as trained and required
- To create load sheets, print trading desk information, pallet sheets, SSCC labels, relevant paperwork, and delivery notes ready for all out loading deliveries
- Allocate loading bays to arriving vehicles to meet scheduled out loading times, Responsible for holding driver's keys, notifications to out loading team, and driver's signature on required paperwork
- Update all load plans in system for full traceability
- Ensure sufficient pallets spaces booked with hauliers for each depot according to trading desk
- Follow through any change in transport booking required as directed by supervisory management.
- Maintain required logs for pallet inventory
- Record, monitor customer PODs on any shortages and liaise with Sales Admin on all discrepancies.
- Issue proof of delivery notes for all returned product and action inter-site transfers on customer orders.
- Ad-hoc transport, operations & logistics administration.
**Warehouse Administrator Requirements**:
- Educated to QCF level 4 in an academic discipline or A level standard.
- Relevant experience working in a Logistics/Transport/Operations department.
- Fluent English - Both written & verbal.
- Additional languages to a verbal standard would be beneficial
- Must live within a 40-minute commuting distance from the Atherstone depot.
- Possess good experience of Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment, ensuring all employees are operating within and understand the importance of complying with Health & Safety procedures.
