1. Retentions - monitoring and managing daily reports to keep track of any clients who may have cancelled a direct debit or missed a payment

2. Collecting and re-instating payments - following the insurers process to re-instate payments and make sure a client is back up to date with payments.

3. Liaising with insurers to ensure future direct debits are successful following a missed payment.

4. Review calls - Strategically call existing customers to review details, ensure they are happy with the existing plan but aim to upsell or renew plan.

5. Cross sells - Generate interest in additional products.

6. Placing policies into trust - Speak to existing clients to put their life insurance policies into trust

7. Calling cancellations - Contacting customers who’s policies have lapsed in the past to try to sell a new plan.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cheadle: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
