**Binks Yard**

Our Binks Yard team care about our guests, from our front of house team welcoming you in, our bar team serving up not only drinks but an experience and our kitchen team creating a plate that excites and delights you. They care about each other as well as our guests, our open plan kitchen allows you to see the dishes being crafted and our team will focus on ensuring Binks Yard becomes a regular occurrence for your occasions.

**Cleaver & Wake**

Cleaver & Wake is more than a restaurant, it is an experience. Our knowledgeable bar team will pair drinks that heighten your experience and our front of house team know no bounds on ensuring that you are taken care of. Cleaver & Wake is a place where memories are made.

As a cleaner, you will help and support the team in keeping the building guest ready, to an exceptionally high standard, and be proud of the contribution you make. You will be working across the different brands, floors and events areas, ensuring the building is in an impeccable condition.

You will be ensuring all toilets (internal and external) are fully stocked and clean, all public areas are cleaned and mopped, and the event space is show-around ready. With a keen eye for detail and meticulous standards, you will be making sure all chemical stockrooms are organised, tidied and follow stock rotation standards. Using your initiative, you will make sure all staff and back of house areas are exceptionally well maintained and compliant with all relevant health and safety standards, audit ready at all times.

Working in all of our brand's venues, Binks Yard, Cleaver & Wake and Upstairs at Cleaver & Wake, you will be following a cleaning schedule ensuring all customer facing areas are cleaned and polished ready for service, this includes high level dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping. You will be carrying out heavy and deep cleaning weekly tasks as well as the day to day cleaning.

A pair of eyes in all areas of the business you will also notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs but having been in hospitality, whether it be hotels, restaurants or similar, you will understand the level of detail needed for this role, and will bring with you your pride for the customer having a great experience. You will have the ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery, and have a knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

This role will be mornings (hours to be discussed at interview) and is around 20 hours a week - and does include weekend work - no set shifts.
