Workshop Joiner

Responsibilities:

- Use hand tools and power tools to fabricate and assemble wooden conservatories
- Manufacture doors, windows, and other fixtures
- Measure, cut, and shape wood pieces according to specifications
- Install door locks, handles, units of glass.
- Perform to a daily work schedule
- Collaborate with other teams to complete projects
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

**Skills**:

- Proficient in carpentry techniques and practices( must have NVQ LEVEL 3)
- Knowledge of various types of wood and their uses
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience within a joinery workshop
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills

**Salary**: From £13.13 per hour

Expected hours: 40.5 per week

- Joinery: 1 year (preferred)
- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
