**Executive Resolutions Advisor**
- 3 Month Fixed Term Contract (2300030Z)

**This role is for a 3 month secondment and can be based from the Contact Centre in Widnes or from home.**

Working as part of the management team you will take responsibility for the ownership and resolution of all customer complaints received by the Sainsbury’s Board of Director’s. Also responding to complaints that have been received by our Legal Team, Press Office & Group Insurance. Complaints are dealt with over the telephone along with written forms of communication.

**What you need to do**
- You will regularly monitor and manage key targets to achieve agreed service levels and sales standards, whilst continuously improving and maintaining performance and productivity.
- Flexibility to undertake any duty which will aid the swift resolution of complaints is a must; this will include working outside of core hours and some weekend work. We work in a very fast paced environment with requirements and priorities which are constantly evolving, this will require a highly flexible approach to taking any action required in order to resolve problems and restore customer confidence.
- This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to develop within customer services.

**What you need to know and show**
- A minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Previous experience of dealing with escalated issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
