**Trust Management Accountant**

Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer you will be joining a small, highly motivated finance and payroll team in a key role. You will have a natural passion for numbers and a forensic eye for the detail of reconciliations, analysis, and reporting.The Trust encourages people to be autonomous and self - motivated; we are looking for a Management Accountant who can spot an opportunity, benefit, and will then explore and deliver.

You’ll be proactive, curious and innovative by nature, adding value to the Trust, Schools and ARBs and assisting in the strategic financial planning. The role of Management Accountant is ideally suited to an individual who is ready to grow alongside theTrust and more than ready to expand their own professional experience.
