**Role**: CAD Programmer

**Location**: Willenhall

**Hours of work**: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday / 08:00 - 13:00 Friday

**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum (DOE)

Mainstay Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Sales Estimator on behalf of a bespoke sheet metal fabrication business in the Willenhall area. As a CAD Programmer, you will be responsible for creating BOMS and job packs and route cards containingdrawings, use of Radan 2D/3D Software, Solidworks and Sigma Overview.

**Duties**:

- Creating BOM's and job packs / route cards containing drawings and nests
- Developing folded components to flat blanks
- Nesting of components
- Liaising with the sales team reference quotation data
- CAD drawing of customer components
- Tooling and nesting of parts and sheets to maximise laser material utilisation
- Liaising with customers on design details where required
- Building relationships with customers to ensure repeat enquiries.
- Liaising with production and shop floor staff
- Previous experience of CAD CAM software
- Experience of working with Radan, Solidworks and Sigma Overview
- Experience of working within a fabrication shop
- Able to read and interpret customer drawings
- Understanding of manufacturing systems
- Attention to detail.

**Salary & Working hours**:

- 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday / 08:00 - 13:00 Friday
- Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
