**Role**: Acute dietitian, 37.5 hours a week. (Preferably Band 6)

**Location**: Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire

**Main responsibilities**:
Managing own case load, provide care, advice and treatment to inpatient and outpatients and their carers.

Assess nutritional requirements, gather relevant information and analyse and interpret this information to advice your plan.

This is in different setting e.g. nutritional support, care of the elderly, cardiology, gastroenterology, orthopaedics, stroke.

Keep accurate and factual record of consultation and document on departmental computer system.

Be part of multi-disciplinary team in making decisions on treatment plan
