To support management in the delivery of high quality day care.
- They will be highly motivated and totally committed to the ethos of Kids 1st Day Nurseries upholding the company philosophy at all times and promoting the nursery positively and effectively.
- The Senior will act as a positive role model leading by example to support and motivate staff.
- The Senior will be expected to undertake further training to increase their skills and knowledge and to cascade this to the team to help develop a highly skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
- In the absence of the Nursery Manager the Deputy seniors will support the senior in charge and will assume full responsibility of the nursery and liaise with parents, outside agencies, the Area Manager, Head of Childcare and Head Office when necessary.
- This position also has administration duties and opening and locking up responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
