- possess knowledge of safely handling detergents and cleaning agents/chemicals.
- operate dishwasher machine with care, follow all COSHH and safety guidelines, and keep the workplace clean and tidy at all times.
- clean out refuse bins from the kitchen and restaurants and place them in appropriate dumpsters.
- brush, vacuum clean and mop floors thoroughly using cleaning chemicals and appropriate cleaning equipment, as and when necessary.
- safely able to lift and carry heavy weights up to 25 kilos.
- able to use two/three sink cleaning method in case of dishwashing equipment downtime.
- be well-organised and calm during busy operational hours.
- communicate cleaning equipment and chemicals required for the job to the supervisor for timely ordering.

This role is a fixed term contract from 1st July to 31st of October. The hourly wage will vary between £16- £17, this includes service charge and incentive. Immediate joining. Please note we are not able to offer sponsorship for this role.

English Riviera Hotels Limited has four businesses in Cornwall: Hotel Penzance, The Beach Club, Ministry of Flavours - a dinner-only Indian restaurant and a newly opened Surf Club Bar & Kitchen in Marazion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
