The Whyte Melville is Northampton’s leading pub in food, décor and service. Due to our continual success the Whyte Melville we are looking to recruit for our front of house team. We are looking to fill two roles, one full time and one part time.

The role is working behind the bar preparing drinks in our bar and on the floor delivering the very best service. Ideally experience preferred however we will train the right person looking for a start in hospitality.

The role
Prepare and serve drinks to customers
Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar & floor
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Provide exceptional customer service
Running food to the guest, clearing and relaying tables
