This role could also suit an ambitious Account Manager, SaaS Sales Exec, or Recruiter who is looking to move away from sales and focus their expertise on Customer Success.

**Head of Customer Success Package**:

- Basic salary to £50k per annum + Bonus between 12k-15k.
- 23 days holiday + birthday off + BH
- Central Manchester offices, 5 days per week.

**While prerequisites will be**:

- Proven success in: customer success or account management or customer retention role.
- A genuine interest to build, nurture and manage a small team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Naturally people focused.
- Curious mindset, ambitious, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems and Tech savvy.

**Head of Customer Success Responsibilities will include**:

- Onboard customers onto the platform.
- Work with existing customers to ensure successful and long-term partnerships are established through building strong relationships (no sales).
- Responsible for building and managing a Customer Success team (key measures of success being client retention and contract renewals).
- You will be the main escalation point for the Customer Success Executives.
