Dale Estates Rochdale Limited handles tasks such as tenant screening, lease/tenancy agreements, rent collection, property maintenance, and periodic inspection of the property. Act as intermediaries between property owner and tenant. Handles repairs.

- Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship standard qualification

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Perform administrative and clerical duties to assist Team.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed.
- Prepare and edit documents with both word and excel templates, including but not limited to reports, checklists, agreements, offer letters, proposals and safety certificates.
- Daily interact with agents, contractors, tenants and coordinate with the s team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
