The King's School, Worcester is seeking to recruit a Registrar. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our hard-working and friendly Foundation Admissions Team.

Working across all aspects of the Foundation’s admissions process and pipeline management, and alongside the Registrar for Middle Years and Sixth Form, the postholder will strive to optimise the conversion of enquiries from external applicants, as well as overseeing the smooth transition of Year Six pupils from our two Prep Schools, King’s Hawford and King’s St Alban’s.

We are looking for someone who has outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills, a warm and engaging personality with a genuine enthusiasm for meeting people, and an eye for detail. Applicants should be able to demonstrate previous experience in a customer-facing role in the service sector, preferably in sales.

Staff are advised to maintain an attitude of “it could be happening here and probably is” as far as safeguarding is concerned and should always act in the best interest of the child.

All staff are expected to actively promote and safeguard the welfare of all pupils. As this post involves regular contact with children and the postholder will occasionally be responsible for children, they will be considered to be in regulated activity and must report any concerns in a timely manner.

All staff must also attend annual safeguarding training and have proper regard for the School’s safeguarding policy and procedures.

**Hours of work**: The role is part-time, 30 hours per week, year-round.
