School Caretaker

We now have the following vacancy:
School Site Assistant (Caretaker/Driver)

Salary starting from £21,694 per annum (dependent upon experience), full time (10.00am to 6.30pm)

Working as part of a small team ensuring cleaning, caretaking and maintenance tasks are carried out to the agreed standards. As part of this role, you will be required to complete deep clean duties, lift/move/set up furniture and equipment, perform general porterage across the School site, and assist with the completion of projects, ie cleaning/repairing, roofs, guttering, drainage, plumbing etc, and drive
- Full driving licence is ideal (REQUIRED for some roles)
- Experienced in general caretaking duties: locking/unlocking, DIY, grounds, fire & H&S safety tests & compliance, maintenance & repairs
- Previous school caretaking experience a bonus
- Confirmation of completion of vetting checks by agency
- DBS & passport will need to be brought in on first day
