**What can I expect day to day?**

As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you'll have the freedom to do things differently, working alongside a Recruiter to manage your own area of the **Social Care** market. You will operate within a commercial and entrepreneurial environment, supported by colleagues with a wealth of experience empowering you to learn and grow. No day is the same here at Hays, and you will gain experience acrossa varied range of skills to include:

- Building new relationships with clients to identify business opportunities
- Conducting thorough market research to identify key areas to target
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in the Social Care market

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven success as a Recruitment Consultant or sales person, ideally within the Social Care market
- Commercially minded, with an innovative approach to work
