Finance Director

Broster Buchanan are partnering a privately owned Food Manufacturing business based near Spalding, Lincolnshire, who are going through a really interesting period of change. The business is looking for a Finance Director, reporting directly into the ManagingDirector, this is a great opportunity to join a business where you will be in a position to make real impact.
As the Finance Director you be responsible for the consolidation of multiple entities across Europe, managing a small local finance team and leading on the timetable & process improvement for the business.
Applications should have the following experience:
Key skills & experience required:

- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Strong communicator and leadership skills with proven experience of managing a team
- Supporting the MD to develop a full understanding of the business as it is but then guiding the future growth
- Ability to challenge and influence senior management
- Statutory and management reporting background
- Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Managing external stakeholders including banking and audit.
- A proactive, self-starter with examples to date of process improvement and challenging the status quo
