Bakkavor Group is a leading manufacturer in the fresh prepared food market, specialising in developing private-label products for top global grocery retailers and well-known international foodservice operators.

A fantastic opportunity for a Learning Experience Partner has arisen on a fixed term bases to join the Group Learning and Development Team.

As a Learning Experience Partner, you will work alongside the Head of Learning Design and an additional Learning Experience Partner to be the interface between the business and the design team to help drive the conversation and organisational culture from training to learning.

To do this you will need to build relationships and demonstrate your ability to influence the team, the business including all stakeholders, both internally and externally in what good learning looks like.

Must have skills:

- You must demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills and be prepared for challenging conversations.
- You should be experienced in performance consultancy, with the ability to take business objectives and performance gaps to formulate evidence-based learning solutions that provide a targeted and sustainable uplift in performance and realisation of business goals, across the organisation.
- You should have extensive experience of a range of Learning and Development methodologies and should be very familiar with digital projects such as animation, interactive scenarios, learning games, eLearning etc., as well as more traditional facilitator led materials, virtual delivery etc. This role requires the very latest learning thinking to drive the learning team to deliver great learning experiences for our business. You will need to keep abreast of new technologies and new learning developments within the industry.
- You will be expected to manage large projects ensuring the activities and tasks are completed according to the project plan by working closely with the Design Project Manager.
- The ability to develop instructional design scripts for digital output if required.

Desirable skills:
Typical activities will include:

- Consulting with stakeholders to understand their needs and scoping their requirements.
- Validating design requests to understand business or performance issues and be able to make recommendations on the best solution.
- Reviewing various documentation from the design team such as High-Level Design Proposals, IDs, resources etc. to ensure it meets the business and learning objectives and has the best solution applied within the parameters of the business.
- From time to time, you may be asked to assist with instructional design of both digital and blended solutions to support the Instructional Designer.
- Managing learning projects, - from scoping, project managing to developing the learning design through to allocating work to the appropriate team members and managing that process from a time and quality perspective.

Some travel to sites may be required to meet with key stakeholders and to attend meetings.
