They deliver various employability initiatives including voluntary work based learning, pre apprenticeships, apprenticeships, internships and intermediate labour market opportunities. They aim to empower local people to become socially included within their communities, whilst also breaking down barriers to employment.

Supported Employment is a work-based employment team that provides a flexible service based on individual needs. Supported Employment supports people with learning and physical disabilities to access employment in both paid and voluntary work by partnership working with other organisations and employers within the public, private and third sector.
