Are you a mid-senior-level graphic designer looking for a new in-house position with a global leader? If so, this role is for you

The Fidaris Group are pleased to be supporting a well-known global organisation on the outskirts of Cambridge in its search for a Mid-Senior Designer. Joining the in-house creative team you will be responsible for contributing and delivering high-quality solutions across their diverse product portfolio.

We are looking for those who are super passionate about all things design and possess great commercial and conceptual thinking skills.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide original and innovative ideas for marketing materials, exhibition stands, digital platforms, and branding development in support of HQ, Subsidiary, and Distributor activities.
- Manage multiple projects of varying complexities, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to understand requirements and deliver visually appealing solutions.
- Act as a guardian of the organisation's brands, ensuring consistent, high-quality design globally.

**We are looking for people with the following skills**:

- Minimum five years experience in a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory.
- Outstanding attention to detail and creativity.
- Awareness of the latest print and digital design processes.
- Confidence to articulate ideas and champion your designs.
