Executive Assistant to CFO

Are you an Executive Assistant with experience in a Financial Services or similarly fast paced corporate environment? Do you want to join a dynamic and friendly team and support a friendly, down to earth CFO as well as a few other team members?

Main duties:

- High volume of scheduling and diary management to include meetings, conference calls and VCC with attendees across multiple time zones
- Reschedulingcommitments,oftenatshortnoticeduetochangingbusinessneeds
- Build,developandmaintainrelationshipswith all stakeholders
- Excellenttelephonemanner.Answeringphonesanddirectingcallstothe appropriate parties in an efficient and professional manner. Taking clear and concise messages and passing these on accordingly
- Create a high volume of quality Powerpoint documents
- Organising worldwide travel arrangements, including hotels, flight and ground transportation
- Collatingdocumentsformeetingsinatimelymanner
- Liaisingwithstafffromallbusinessentitiesonadailybasis
- Some allocation of office management support alongside other Assistants as necessary
- Support and assist as required other Assistants including reception who are either absent or have a heavy workload
- Additionaldutiesandtasksasrequired.
