**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced legal professional, ideally with mental health law experience.You will be supporting our mental health solicitor on matters relating to healthcare law, specifically mental health law-related queries, medical malpracticeclaims, inquests, investigations, as well as training.

**About You**

**To be successful in this role, you'll need to**:

- Have significant experience in a legal team
- Be tenacious and hard working
- Be enthusiastic and keen to learn about and experience new areas
- Be willing to do a range of tasks as needed
- Be a good communicator
- Have a desire to understand the business, and work closely with a range of staff across the whole company
- Have strong organisation and administration skills
- Be competent using Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Have significant experience working in a legal team (preferably working as a Solicitor)
