**We are looking for**
Counsellors/psychotherapists who have specialist knowledge and experience of trauma-informed clinical interventions, who are passionate about empowering and educating our service users via presentations and workshops. With a view to help our clients to achieve their goals and maximize their independence with our innovative, evidence-based, work-focused health services and programs.
**Duties will include**:
- In person and remote group workshop delivery.
- Travel within West Yorkshire region for group delivery. Namely Kirklees, Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield
- Telephone and Telehealth based work.
- Remote Video and Digital delivery of health services.
Your role will include working alongside our clients and supporting the building of their resilience and capacity, as they move closer towards employment. Clients will be from all walks of life, with a broad range of abilities. Client settings can range from over the telephone, and digital video contact.
In addition the role provides an excellent opportunity to act as a Trauma Informed Educator, providing small group delivery for workshops throughout West Yorkshire, to explore the impact of trauma on an individuals mental wellbeing and provide strategies for creating a safe and supportive environment in healthcare settings.
This role will be a hybrid role involving remote working and in person workshop delivery throughout West Yorkshire. Client contact is estimated at approximately 80% of the working week for this role.
**Qualifications & Essential Criteria**
You will be an empathetic and confident communicator, have a range of clinical experience, great problem-solving skills and ready to hit the ground running.
You will have specialist knowledge and experience of trauma related interventions and study with strong presenting skills and passion to raise and bring awareness to Trauma related mental health barriers.
Essential requirements include:
- Degree level qualification/experience in your registered field
- Current registration with relevant professional body
- 3 years post qualifying counselling.
- Unrestricted UK Drivers License and access to own vehicle.
- Willingness to travel throughout West Yorkshire region.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (unrestricted).
- Strong workshop delivery skills.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
- Excellent IT skills: proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and experience of client management systems are a must
- Able to lone work & remote/ as part of a team.
- Home working facilities.
- Awareness/practice of legislation affecting health care.
- Enhanced criminal record bureau check (Disclosure & Barring Check) - Working with vulnerable adults, youth and children.

- Salary Banding: £26,000 - £29,000 (pro rata, per annum)

**Experience**:
