Hotel Receptionist

At **Judges Country House Hotel**, in the picturesque town of Yarm, North Yorkshire, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated Receptionist, for a new, exciting phase in the development of the Hotel.

The position is to work in the reception team to a high standard, delivering the best possible service to our guests, both on the phone, over the internet, and in person.

As Receptionist, you will be assisting in maximising our occupancy, ensuring correct information is delivered to each department about our guests, and their requirements. You and the team will deliver a high standard of welcome and service, which means you are playing a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. A professional, welcoming impression for the duration of their stay, and a positive lasting one before they leave for the day

**We are looking for** a self motivated, out going person, who is able to work with limited supervision. You must be confident, decisive, and have flair and high standards. You will be reporting directly to the Reception Manager.

A good working knowledge of Reslynx would be beneficial. Previous hotel reception experience is essential.
