**Salary**: £50,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Swindon, Wiltshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Use of our brand name
- Marketing collateral including business cards and online marketing support
- Rights to market to target businesses in a selected area
- Access to platforms, including Zoopla and Right Move
- (CRM)
- Dedicated Admin Support
- Use of our Digital Marketing Team
- Use of our Sales Progressor
- Ongoing support

**Requirements**:

- Property sales/lettings experience, minium 1 year
- Outgoing and positive personality
- Exceptional people skills
- Enthusiasm and determination to succeed
- Self driven

**Commission Structure**

65% commission to the Agent on each deal.

Expected property instruction per week: 1

Expected deals per month: 2
