LJ Health & Wellbeing are recruiting Support Workers to work within the Chorley area. You will be supporting a young male who has Cerebral Palsy. You will be supporting him at college as well as at home. He likes to attend the cinema, loves music and politics.

You may also be required to clean for the people you support. Everyday you support vulnerable adults you make an impact and enable them to live a better life.

You MUST be a driver for this role.

Requirements for role:
